Soleil du Matin

A current project in Jersey and a demanding build. Working from the architect's plans, we designed, engineered, manufactured and installed the entire substructure and superstructure. 

Acting as main contractor, we worked with Health and Safety successfully through the Covid crisis.

Extensive retaining piling on a 45 degree slope, MMC insulated base with fibre reinforced concrete on EPS and a minimal steel, timber panel superstructure. The house grew by 30% post contract and many changes were made, including curved walls and low deflection wide structural openings to take outsized glazing systems.
